The term “phantom limb” is not reserved for people who have lost an actual limb. The term “phantom limb” actually is used broadly to refer to any experience upon the body that isn’t actually there.  

Please read all of @liongoatsnake ‘s post, it is well researched and thoroughly cited. Phantom limb is the correct term.

“Astral limb” is only appropriate if you believe in the astral plane, which is not a spiritual belief one needs in order to have the experience. To tell others they must call it that is as offensive as telling them they need to share your spiritual beliefs.
