Don’t let anyone discourage you for having a synpath. There is nothing inherently offensive about synpaths. The term was invented to distinguish fictionkin (people who believe they spiritually/mentally *are* a character) from people who identify with or admire a character (synpaths).

Some fictionkin may still resent synpaths existence, feeling they somehow cheapen actual fictionkin, but this is not the case, the phenomena are very different. Don’t let anyone tell you you have to change your identity.
