I have a question about kin. What exactly is kintype and kin because I’ve never really heard it before.

Your kintype or kinself is your identity as kin, the character or species that you are/were. Basically its who you are the reincarnation of, if you’re reincarnated kin, or who you believe you are/were in general.

Kintype refers to species. So if you were  Legolas, elf is your kintype.

Kinself refers to the exact identity/person you were. If you were Legolas then Legolas is your kinself.
