Can you be factkin for someone not yet born?

Prev i feel stupid for asking this but what does it mean to be in a system in the kin community? ive seen the term around but nothing has explained it?

Next Yesterday I found out that I for some reason can’t watch cosplay videos of my kinself. Seeing pictures are fine and I use them to make the cosplay for myself but a friend send me a video and I had to stop midway because I got really negative feelings and couldn’t watch any longer. Is this “normal”?
