1. Yes, there is no gender, age, race, or other barrier on kintypes. I would say that a significant number if not a majority of kin have kintypes of another gender.

2. Broadly speaking, there is no limit. (link)

3. Sometimes, but you should give those apparent instances extra scrutiny because you may be mistaking one kintype’s feelings for/about another character as kinfeels for that character.
